Target Capital provides AI-generated signals, scores, and analytics (I-Score, F&O rankings, Discipline Score) for educational and informational purposes. These outputs are generated by our proprietary CapLLM financial AI using market data and do not constitute investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law to use Target Capital.
Growth is complimentary with no expiry while its price is ₹0. Existing complimentary Growth accounts remain free if pricing later changes and are never converted or charged automatically. Pro is ₹2,499 per paid service month; each checkout is one-time and any future service period requires a new payment and consent. Existing HNI/Elite subscriptions remain under their original terms. Connected-broker order execution is available only for eligible Stock and F&O transactions and is subject to the respective broker's terms, authorization and account requirements. Other asset purchases are completed with the chosen provider and may then be recorded in your portfolio. Target Capital is not a broker and does not hold custody of your funds or securities.
You may not use Target Capital to violate applicable securities laws, redistribute our signals commercially without authorization, or reverse-engineer the CapLLM model or platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu having exclusive jurisdiction.
