Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@targetcapital.ai and we will review your case.
After trial or paid access expires, product features require an active trial or paid plan. Account settings and private saved portfolio reports remain accessible; continued free access to all historical signals and scores is not promised. Contact support before changing plans if you need clarification.
Any brokerage, transaction, or statutory charges levied by your connected broker are separate from Target Capital's subscription fees and are not covered by this policy.
