Frequently asked

Common questions

How do I connect my broker to Target Capital?

Go to Settings → Brokers, choose your broker from the list of 8 supported brokers (Dhan, Zerodha, Angel One, Upstox, Fyers, Shoonya, Alice Blue, 5paisa), and authorize the connection via your broker's own login. Connected-broker trade orders are available only for eligible Stocks and F&O. Complete other asset purchases with your provider, then record the completed holding in your portfolio.

Why did my I-Score change overnight?

I-Scores update as new filings, price action or news sentiment come in, so a score can shift between sessions as CapLLM analyzes the latest available data.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Use Account → Billing or Pricing to choose a plan and complete checkout. Plans cover 30 days; automatic proration is not offered. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for non-renewal and billing-support requests.

What broker authentication information is stored?

Depending on the broker, a connection can require access tokens, API keys or login-flow authentication details. Required stored broker credentials are encrypted. Revoke access through your broker and disconnect the account in Broker Management; never send credentials to support.

What happens after my trial or paid access expires?

Product features require an active trial or paid plan. Account settings and private saved portfolio reports remain accessible; expiry does not promise free access to all signal or score history. See our Privacy Policy for retention information.

How do I receive portfolio reports?

In Account settings, choose monthly, quarterly or annual portfolio reports. The default is Never. Reports separate completed-period realized results from current holdings and all-time totals. Set Never to stop future scheduled reports; existing private reports remain in your account.
